Is Assetica independent of auditors and brokers?
Yes. Assetica does not audit and does not broker deals, and takes no success fee on a transaction. It earns nothing from a valuation being high or low, which is why its reports are accepted where they are challenged.
Where does Assetica operate?

Is Assetica part of a larger group?
Yes. Assetica is the independent business valuation arm of a Dubai-based advisory group that also includes Gulf Tax Accounting Group, an award-winning accounting and tax firm, and Atlas Corporate Services, a DIFC and ADGM corporate services specialist.
What qualifications does the team hold?
The practice is led by Bill Anderson FCCA, a Fellow of the ACCA and former Global CFO of the Royal Bank of Scotland corporate banking division. Reports are prepared to IVS, RICS Red Book and IFRS 13 standards.
