Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The initial scoping call is free and in confidence. It establishes what you need the valuation for, who has to accept it, what documentation exists and what the timeline is, and it ends with a fixed fee quoted in writing.
What documents do you need to start?
Typically the last three years of financial statements, the current year management accounts, the trade licence and shareholding structure, and details of any debt, related-party balances and material contracts. Assetica confirms the exact list after the scoping call.
